San Agustin

How does it feel to have the last day in paradise? I guess I know. I had the pleasure to stay at Steve and Diana`s house for 8 days now, but now it`s time to move on. But this little piece of heaven will be with me forever. Incredible sunsets only topped by the sunrises. Hill sides covered in red from ripe coffee sprinkled with banana trees cut by little intricate river with countless waterfalls. In exchange for 4-5 hours of “work” during the day I had the chance to stay in this lovely Bamboo house with 2 cats, 4 dogs, 2 puppies, 5 Chickens and 2 horses. Work was more a “do-it-your-self survival course” mixed up with the great british humor of Steve and the delicious Colombian kitchen from Diana. The afternoons I filled with a mix of napping in the hammock, playing with the dogs, visiting archeological sites and finding my new hobby.

Carving pipes out of wood.
